Environment Canada (EC) has a requirement for the purchase of MOTOR MODIFICATION SERVICES (as per Statement of Work) required on a 1000HP motor that operates a Dynamometer. The motor is to be picked up and delivered by the contractor at "335 River Road,Ottawa ON, K1A 0H3". Delivery of the modified motor is requested by October 3, 2016.

Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) amendment 001 is raised to add a mandatory site visit to the requirement. Details shown in Solicitation Amendment 001.
