    INSERT Part 2 - 5. Mandatory Site Visit 
    
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
    visit to be held on 13 August, 2013 at 9:30a.m. at  the Fort
    Frances Point of Entry, 101 Church St., Fort Frances Ontario,
    P9A 3X8. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority
    no later than 5 days before the scheduled visit to confirm
    attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.
    Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the
    site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative
    will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will
    be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to
    the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

    One (1) "non-proprietary-rights" security system that can manage
    the security alarm, 		duress alarm and access control system
    with lock-down capability. 
    
    One (1) computer to run system similar to: Dell Vostro 460
    Desktop (Intel Core i7 		(2600), Window 7, 8 GB RAM, on-board
    graphic card, 1TB SATA hard drive, 16x DVD 		+/-RW) (able to run
    all of the system's software requirements)
    
    One (1) Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that will provide one
    hour of computer 		back-up power and surge protection;
    
    One (1) 20 inch LCD or LED colour monitor.
    
    Includes wiring, connectors, labour and shop supplies; re-use of
    existing wiring, door 		contacts, motion detectors, duress alarm
    buttons,  siren/bells, etc. as cost effective.
