    The Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) Test Receiver critical
    requirements are as follows:
    
    a. The EMI test receiver must be compliant with MIL-STD-461, at
    a minimum, and the EMI
        Receiver needs to have the following minimum capabilities:
    b. Frequency range: ~O Hz to 26.5 GHz;
    c. RF Filter: 6 dB BW
    d. RBW; 10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 KHz, 10 KHz, 1 MHz; e. RF Preselector:
    20 Hzto 26.5 GHz
    f. Internal Low-Noise Preamplifier with a frequency range
    minimum of 200 KHz to 26.5 GHz;
    g. Interfaces: GPIB, LAN, USB, RS-232, Printer and external
    Monitor; h. Input Attenuator: 0 to
        70 dB minimum
    I.  Maximum Safe Input: 30 dBm (1 W)
    J.  Detector: Peak
    k. AC Voltage: 120VAC, 50/60 Hz.
    l.  Receiver must be CSA compliant, including CSA certification
    sticker on the delivered item(s)
    m. Item must come with a Certificate of calibration that is
    dated no more than 60 days from   	      actual delivery date.
    n. Item must be compatible with the "TDK RF SOLUTIONS" Radiated
    Emission Software
        (Ver.5.53.1.1 )
    
    Rohde & Schwarz is a known supplier of EMI Test Receivers. Their
    ESU26 EMI Test Receiver
    PIN 1302.6005.26 with the ESU-B24 option PIN 1157.2100.26 is
    known to meet all minimum
    requirements and this configuration is catalogued in the CF
    under NSN 6625-01-612-5983.
    
    Bidders offering equivalent products to EMI Test Receivers, will
    be considered but the offered product must meet all of the above
    minimum requirements. Should the Bidder offer an equivalent
    product and it is found to meet the minimum technical
    requirements, a new NSN will likely be needed. QETE will acquire
    and advise of new NSN if this ends up being the case.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
