Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Licence Plate Reader (LPR) and Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) Solution 47419-235512/A Veronica Vallejo Telephone No.: (613) 297-3978 Email: veronica.vallejo@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for a Licence Plate Reader (LPR) and Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) Solution and extended warranty, maintenance and support services in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work and Annex C - Deployment Schedule. This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for three (3) years plus six (6) option periods of up to twelve (12) months each allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract under the same conditions. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security and Financial Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website This bid solicitation is to establish a contract with task authorizations for the delivery of a portion of the Work detailed in the bid solicitation to the Identified User. The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification. This bid solicitation requires that Bidders use the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. The Phased Bid Compliance Process (PBCP) applies to this requirement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
