requirements

1.	The unit must provide two(2) RF channel outputs;
2.	The unit must provide separate fixed 10 and 100 MHz reference
outputs;
3.	The unit must be phase coherent between al RF channels and
reference outputs;
4.	The unit must be tuneable from 250 Khz to 6.4 Ghz in 0.001 Hz
increments;
5.	The unit must have 50 ohm RF output impedance
6.	The unit must have noise at 100 MHz, 10 Khz offset - 151
dBc/Hz at +12 dBm, or 		better
7.	The unit must have noise at 1 Ghz, 10 KHz offset - 131 dBc/Hz
at + 12 dBm, or 		better;
8.	The unit must have phase offset tuning resolution of 0.1
degree, or better;
9.	The unit must have a high performance OCXO to improve close
in phase noise;
10.	The unit must have variable output power of +3 dBm, or
higher;
11.	The unit must have the reference output power of +3 dBm, or
higher;
12.	The unit must have the reference output impedance of 50 ohms;
13.	The unit must have a vendor suplied GUI and allow LabView
applications to 		control via a 	USB interface;
14.	The unit must be 1U format, 19" rack mountable;
15.	The unit must be a production model
