Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT, in accordance with Annex A -
Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal, to be delivered
and installed in Ottawa, Ontario by 31 March 2013.

The AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT consists of one (1) Variable Vertical
and Horizontal Motorised Masking Projection Screen, two (2)
3-chip DLP digital projectors and various bulk cables and
connectors.

A mandatory site visit will be held on 15 February 2013 at 10:00
AM at 111, promenade Sussex, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  Bidders
must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than
three (3) calendar days before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the attendee(s) who will
attend.  Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit in order
to bid on this solicitation process.  Any clarifications or
changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.  Late
arrivals will not be accepted.
