CCTV SYSTEM -JOYCEVILLE INSTITUTION


The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to
expand the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system at the
Joyceville Institution, located in Kingston, Ontario.
 
Joyceville Institution is a medium security institution; work
will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the
daily operation and security of the institution.

The work includes the supply, install, test  and provide of
maintanence training on the CCTV system as described in the
Statement of Technical Requirements (Electronic Attachment #1).

The work is requested to be completed by May 1, 2015.

A mandatory site visit will be held at the Joyceville
Institution at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.  Bidders
must attend the site visit to be given consideration.

The bidder must have at least one attendee at the site visit and
the onus is on the bidders to arrive at the site in a timely
manner.  Bidders arriving late may not be permitted to attend
the site visit.

It is also a mandatory condition of this requirement that all
attendees have a site clearance prior to  the site visit.  To
apply for the site clearance, the bidders shall complete a CPIC
Clearance Request form (preferably in typed format) and submit
the duly completed and signed form by each participant, by fax
to (819) 953-4944 or by e-mail to
joanne.m.ladouceur@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca.  It is a mandatory
condition that the CPIC Clearance Request be received by this
office no later than April 14, 2015.  Site Clearance Request
Forms received after April 14,  2015 will not be accepted.  A
site clearance obtained for work performed under similar
requirements is not acceptable.
