INCIDENT ALARM SYSTEM

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the procurement of the Incident Alarm System at Atlantic Institution (Renous, NB), Millhaven Institution (Bath, ON), Saskatchewan Penitentiary (Prince Albert, SK), Edmonton Institution (Edmonton, AB) and Kent Institution (Agassiz, BC)

The work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. as described in the Statement of Work (SOW).

All the institutions are a maximum level security facility.  Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution.

A mandatory site visit will take place on Monday, July 10th at 10:00 am. at the Millhaven Institution.  Interested Bidders shall meet at the Principal Entrance of the Millhaven Institution, Highway 33, Bath, Ontario   K0H 1G0.  

The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
