Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Amendment 002 is raised to extend the closing date to September 27, 2018, ========== The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to replace the existing CCTV Server room equipment and visualization equipment at the Montreal - Pierre Elliott Trudeau (PET) International Airport by November 2, 2018. The work includes the design, supply, installation, testing, provide operational and technical training and establish maintenance and support agreements for the replacement of the existing CCTV Server room equipment and visualization equipment as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) (Refer to Annex A). It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on August 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Montreal-PET International Airport, Dorval, Quebec. Interested Bidders shall meet at the Canada Border services Agency, Client services area on the arrival level of the Montreal-PET International Airport, 975 Romeo-Vachon Blvd. N., Dorval, Quebec H4Y 1H1. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form at the site visit. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative to the site visit will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Delivery is requested to be completed within 20 weeks after contract award. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Note: This document contains a security requirement On February 1, 2017, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) launched the new mandatory electronic fingerprint requirement. The new process applies to any organization that works or intends to work on Government of Canada contracts with security requirements that have been issued by or will be issued by PSPC. Bidder personnel must hold the security clearance identified in the solicitation document prior to Contract award.
