Nature of Requirements: 

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the support and maintenance of the security system at several locations in the National Capital Region (NCR) in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A.  Work to be conducted includes:

a. For the scheduled maintenance of the hardware components of the Military Police’s CCTV system currently in place in 22 buildings across the NCR; 
b. For Priority 1-4 repairs and replacement of the CCTV system and components; and
c. To provide the capability of purchasing additional CCTV related components and installation services on an as-and-when-required basis via Task Authorizations.


After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
