National Master Standing Offer for two (2) and four (4) drawer
secure vertical filing cabinets, with integral combination lock,
built to RCMP Specifications ACOPS/CCSM 130/12. The period will
be for two years plus a right to request an extension of an
additional period of one year.

An acceptable first Article unit for each item will need to be
delivered at bid closing for initial inspection and verification
at destination, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Protective
Technical Services Branch. Please see RFSO for more information.

Manufacturers and suppliers who wish to receive a copy of Annex
A in order to submit an offer must have the  following security
clearances, at the Confidential level for, issued by CISD:
Facility Security Clearance  (FSC),  
Document Safeguarding Capability (DSC), and 
Information Technology (IT) system.

Offerors must send, in writing, the following information to the
Standing Offer authority prior to receiving the specifications
and drawings:
A signed Annex "E" Non-Disclosure Agreement;
The Organization's legal name, mailing address, civic address,
and any other address where work on the cabinets may take place;
The company's Security Officer name and contact information

One Standing Offer may be awarded.
