Nature of Requirements: 


National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for hard gun case for
the  RCMP's C-8 carbine, as described in Annex "A" -
Requirement, meeting specs CAPS 825/12.
 
The period will be for one year plus a right to request an
extension of an additional 4 periods of
one year each. Only  one Standing Offer may be awarded.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA),
and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
     
The estimated number of units to be purchased this year is 525.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
