There is a requirement for a secure drop box to be placed at the
Welcome Point (WP) in Service Canada Centres (SCCs) across
Canada, a total of 133 locations, as indicated in Annex B. 

Several of the locations have CLCA's requirements:

1- Subject to the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement:
-Chibougamau 
-Chisasibi  
-Mistassini  
-Nunavik  
2- Subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwich'n
Comprehensive Land Claims
Agreement:
-Inuvik
3- Subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement:
-Yellowknife
4- Subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement:
-Nunavut
