Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: AMENDMENT 002 IS ISSUED TO AMEND THE SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION CAMERAS AT CHILLIWACK COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL CENTRE (CCC) 21120-175751/A Patti Hallman Telephone No. - (819) 420 - 0339 Fax No. - (819) 953-4944 CCTV at Chilliwack CCC The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the replacement of CCTV Cameras at Chilliwack Correctional Community Center. The work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) (Refer to Electronic Attachment #1). Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution. A mandatory site visit will take place March 7, 2017 at 2:00pm at Chilliwack Community Correctional Center, 45914 Rowat Avenue, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1J3. The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone orin person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
