This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8486-195606/A dated 2018-12-31 with a closing date of 2019-02-22 at 02:00 pm EST. 

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of storage batteries for the Light Support Vehicle Wheeled (LSVW), the Construction Engineering Equipment (CEE) and the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for an initial period of one year and two option periods of one year each.  Delivery will be to the Canadian Forces Supply Depots located in Edmonton, Alberta and Montreal, Quebec.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
