Request for Standing Offers - RFSO

Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, C.F-11, as well as Provincial/Territorial Identified Users, has a requirement to establish up to eight National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) for the supply of portable generators (Inverter and AC/Conventional) on an "as and when requested" basis.

The duration of the National Master Standing Offer(s) will be for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for one additional one-year period.

A portion of this procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), except for PSAB offers submitted.

Delivery Date: 

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
