Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This solicitation process is for the establishment of one (1) National Individual Standing Offer (NISO), on behalf of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), for the supply of Carbine Vehicle Gun Racks. The destinations for the equipment are ten (10) RCMP delivery locations, in: St. John's (Newfoundland), Westmount (Quebec), Winnipeg (Manitoba), Chilliwack (British Columbia), Regina (Saskatchewan), Dartmouth (Nova Scotia), Fredericton (New Brunswick), Edmonton (Alberta), Ottawa (Ontario), and Newmarket (Ontario), as detailed in the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). The NISO will be in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance, with three (3) additional option periods of one (1) year each. Product samples for this solicitation process may be required to be provided by Offerors only after its closing date and time, if and when requested by the Contracting Authority as per the RFSO's instructions. Canada will not accept, nor be made responsible for any samples provided contrary to the RFSO's instructions, nor will any samples be considered for this solicitation other than those submitted as per.
