Item Description Item 001 - VALVE,SOLENOID; NATO Stock No. (NSN) 4810-01-358-3313; NATO Supply Code for Manufacturer (NSCM) 56607 (Lexair Inc., Lexdington, KY, US); Part No. (P/N) 58061-605 or equivalent Qty 125 ea. to be delivered to Halifax, NS Item 002 - VALVE,SOLENOID; NSN 4810-01-358-3313; NSCM 56607, P/N 58061-605 or equivalent. Qty 125 ea. to be delivered to Victoria, BC. Mandatory Requirement - Canadian Military Technical Data (Shock test) - EquivalentProducts Submission of certificate of shock testing and drawings: Any equivalent product(s) proposed must have successfully met the testing requirements of Specification D-03-003-007/SG-000 Grade 1 Type A , prior to the bid closing. If bidder is offering substitute products that are equivalent in form, fit, function and quality to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts specified herein,the bidder must provide proof by submitting a copy of the successful certificate of shock testing including the serial numbers of the proposed products and an acceptable drawing with certification of the proposed products. Upon request, the Canadian Military Technical Data (Shock test) must be submitted within three (3) business days of the request.Bids unable to meet this requirement will be given no further consideration. Debriefings After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
