Item 003:
Optional Quantity (Up to Qty 4) - CAB AND CHASSIS WITH 16' VAN
BODY CONFIGURATION A in accordance with DND Purchase
Descriptions, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility
or Contractor's Canadian distribution point.  Options may be
exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date
of contract award.

Item 004:
Optional Quantity (Up to Qty 4) - CAB AND CHASSIS WITH 22'
ISULATED VAN BODY- CONFIGURATION B in accordance with DND
Purchase Descriptions, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian
facility or Contractor's Canadian distribution point.  Options
may be exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the
date of contract award.

DELIVERY
Items 001 and 002 is desirable on or before 31 March 2014.

DEBRIEFINGS
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
