    The Government of Canada is seeking to procure Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicle - Direct Action Pickup Trucks, Integrated Logistics Support, In Service Support and ancilliary items.
    
    This requirement is subject to a two (2) phase competitive procurement process.  The first phase, phase I, W6399-20LB44/A Request For Proposal (RFP) is a qualification process to create a pre-qualified Bidder list for phase II. Phase I was issued 27 February 2020 with a closing date of 08 April 2020.  As a result of this phase I RFP, a pre-qualified bidder list was created. 
    
    This is the second phase, phase II, W6399-20LB44/D issued to the bidders on the phase I pre-qualified bidders list to Request For Proposal(RFP) to procure Commercial Pattern Armoured Vehicle - Direct Action Pickup Trucks, Integrated Logistics Support, In Service Support and ancilliary items.
