Request for a Standing Offer(s) for the short term rental of vehicles for 6 months or less without operators for the Department of National Defence, CFSU Ottawa Transport Section, on an "as and when requested basis", for a two year period with the option to extend for one additional year.

The rental period will be daily, weekly or monthly.

The following lists the type of vehicles required and the approximated quantities for a 12 month period.

Group A:

o  Intermediate Sedan , Full Size Sedan, Van Seats 7

o  SUV (Seats 5 and  Seats 8)

Group C:

Approximately 40% of the vehicles were rented on a daily basis, 50% on a weekly basis, and 10% on a monthly basis.

These vehicles will be used by multiple drivers in the Province of Ontario and Quebec.
