This requirement has been created to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) for the supply of Hand Tools, including Federal Stock Classes 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5136, and 5140, on an as-and-when requested basis. 

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offers (SOs) is from 01 May 2016 to 01 May 2017, with the option to extend the SOs for one (1) year. 

Deliveries will be required all across Canada, excluding any land claims areas.

In order to qualify for the issuance ofa NMSO, offerors must be in compliance with the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
