NOTE: "This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB." 

This requirement has been created to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) for the supply of Hand Tools, including Federal Stock Classes 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5136, and 5140, on an as-and-when requested basis. 

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offers (SOs) is from 01 May 2016 to 01 May 2017, with the option to extend the SOs for one (1) year. 

Deliveries will be required all across Canada, including any land claimsareas.

In order to qualify for the issuance of a NMSO, offerors must be in compliance with the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document.
