This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes
previous RFSO number W6399-11CD07/A dated 06 July 2012 with a
closing of 20 August 2012 at 2:00pm EDT.  A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

To Create one or more:
Standing Offer Arrangement(s) for a fleet of light duty
passenger vehicles and medium duty commercial vehicles for the
Department of National Defence in accordance with Annex A -
Statement of Work. 

Standing Offer Period:
Three (3) year period plus two optional one (1) year periods.

Destination:
Richmond (Ottawa), Ontario.

Debriefing:
After Standing Offer award(s), offerors may request a debriefing
on the results of the bid solicitation.  Offerors should make
the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days
of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful.
The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in
person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
