DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITIES

Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for the supply and
delivery of thirteen (13) current production unused heavy tandem
truck units equipped with hydraulic systems and combination
sander/dump boxes. These units will be deployed in winter
maintenance operations on through highways within the Provinces
of  British Columbia, Alberta and Newfoundland. All in
accordance with Annex B - Specifications - Heavy Tandem Trucks.  

The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to five
(5) additional heavy tandem trucks and related equipment over a
period of twelve (12) months after contract award. 

DEBRIEFING

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

DELIVERY

The delivery of items 001 to 005 is desirable on or before
October 1, 2015. The delivery of items 006 to 010 is desirable
on or before August 1, 2016.

procurement.
