This Request for a Standing Offer cancels and supersedes previous Request for a Standing Offer number W6399-160290/A dated 2016-04-20 with a closing date of 2016-05-31 at 02:00 PM.

Commercial Vehicle Repair & Maintenance

To create one or more Standing Offer Arrangement(s) for the repair and maintenance of cargo vans/trucks, buses,semi-tractors, trailers and heavy commercial equipment for the Department of National Defence in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work. 

Standing Offer Period: Three (3) year period plus two optional one (1) year periods.

Destination:
Petawawa, Ontario.

Debriefing:

After Standing Offer award(s), offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.  Offerors should make the requestto the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. 
The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
