DUMP TRUCKS

AMENDMENT 001 - Change the title indicated in the Appendix 1 from "ANNEX C" to "APPENDIX 1".

AMENDMENT 002 - Post Q&As #1 and 2. Extend closing date to Nov. 4, 2019 at 2pm (EST).

AMENDMENT 003 - Post Q&As #3 to 6. 

REQUIREMENT

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for four (4) Dump Trucks. All in accordance with Annex B - Purchase Description - DIESEL TRUCK 3 TON, 4x4, CREW CAB WITH 2 CY DUMP BODY. 

The requirement also includes the option to purchase four (4) additional trucks over a period of twelve (12) months after contract award.

DEBRIEFINGS

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receiptof notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

DELIVERY

The desirable delivery date is on or before May 31, 2020. DDP to CFB Petawawa and CFB Kingston, Ontario.
