This amendment is raised to provide the following information
for the Basis of payment:

The Contractor will be paid a performance incentive fee of
$1,000.00 per vehicle for each vehicle delivered at destination
on or before July 26, 2012.



"This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims
Agreement"

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
fifty-five (55) Sled Self Propelled Light Duty and related items
in accordance with the Purchase Description for Sled Self
Propelled Light Duty ECC 140315 NSN 2350-51-878-7901 dated April
2012.

Item 001 -  To be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal, Quebec and the
final destination is Resolute Bay, Nunavut.
Quantity: 55
Delivery Date should be made for July 26, 2012 because the
vehicles could be loaded on a ship for onward shipment by Canada.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
