Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: FABRICATION OF BRONZE PLAQUES 2013 5P046-120453/A Bourassa, Chantal Telephone No. - (819) 956-6763 ( ) Fax No. - (819) 956-5227 Parks Canada has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of Bronze Plaques (Bilingual and Trilingual) in accordance with Annex B - Statement of Work for Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada (HSMBC) Bronze Plaques and Annex C - Specifications for Bronze Plaques - Historic sites and Monuments board of Canada. The work under this standing offer will be on an "as and when" basis for an initial period of one (1) year from the issuance of the NISO, with the option to extend the offer for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions. The delivery should be from a maximum of six (6) weeks from receipt for call-ups. In certain exceptional cases, shorter delivery (two (2) to three (3) weeks) could be requested. Estimated Quantities: Approximately 30-50 plaques per year. Optional Site Visit It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on January 28, 2013, at 1:00 pm at 25 Eddy Street, Gatineau, Qc, Canada. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority five (5) calendar day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Debriefings After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
