not perform work in excess of or outside the scope of the
Contract based on verbal or written requests or instructions
from anybody other than the Contracting Authority.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8476-145004/B dated February 21, 2014 with
a closing of March 17, 2014 at 02:00 pm.  A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who
bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
three (3) Ramp Tow Tractor, Variant I and ancillary items,
including training and one (1) Ramp Tow Tractor, Variant II and
ancillary items, including training in accordance with the
Purchase Description for Ramp Tow Tractor, 2,722 KG (6,000 lb)
DBP ECC 168105, ECC 168115, dated May 22, 2014,  to be delivered
at Canadian Forces Base Petawawa, Ontario and CFB Garnison
St-Jean, Quebec, by September 30, 2014.

The requirement includes an option to purchase one (1) Ramp Tow
Tractor of  Variant I and ancillary items and one (1) Ramp Tow
Tractor of Variant II and ancillary items to be exercised within
twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
