This amendment is raised to provide Question and Answer
translated from French to English and to provide a revised
Requirement Summary Table (Purchase Description paragraph 3.1.2).

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
six (6) Self-Propelled Servicing Platform with Telescopic Boom
and ancillary items, including Familiarization Operator Training
and Maintenance Personnel Training at final delivery locations
in accordance with the Purchase Description for Self-Propelled
Servicing Platform With Telescopic Boom Configuration A (ECC
145228) and Configuration B (ECC 145224), dated 15 May 2014, and
as described at Annex A - Pricing. 

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to four (4)
additional Self-Propelled Servicing Platform with Telescopic
Boom and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12)
months from the effective date of the contract.

Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
