    Natural Resources Canada has a requirement to purchase two (2)
    bulk material handling systems each comprised of:
    
    a bulk bag unloader;
    vacuum conveyer;
    storage bin;
    gravimetric feeder;
    
    Suitable for pulverized coal and pulverized limestone,
    respectively and one (1) mixing auger for blended fuel/sorbent
    handling in support of the oxygen fired pressurized fluid bed
    combustion (oxy-pfbc) facility and ancillary items surch as but
    not limited to:
    
    one paper and one electronic copy of all installation, operating
    and maintenance manuals for supplied equipment and
    instrumentation
    one paper and one electronic copy of all mechanical and
    electrical drawings
    technical assistance for commissioning and training on the
    equipment;
    
    In accordance with Annex B - Statement of Work. The equipment is
    to be delivered to Natural Resources Canada facility in Ottawa,
    Ontario by  September 30, 2015.
    
    Debriefings
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
    receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
    debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
