    Park Canada has a requirement to purchase exterior grade, high
    intensity retro-reflective, screen printed Dam Safety Signs. The
    requirement includes some graphics design (mainly text sizing
    and reproduction of graphics provided) including production and
    printing of proofs and fabrication, in accordance with Annex B -
    Statement of Requirement, Specifications - Drawings and as
    described at Annex A - Pricing and Quantities by Site., to be
    delivered by July 24, 2015.

    To order a copy of the PDF version of the  drawings, and
    specifications - Annex B, bidders must contact the Contracting
    Authority by email and provide their full mailing address. If
    bidders have not received the documents at least ten (10)
    calendar days prior to bid closing date, bidders should
    communicate with the Contracting Authority.
    
    Technical Evaluation Procedures 
    
    1.1	Technical Evaluation
    1.1.1 	Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Equivalent and
    Substitute Products
    Bidders proposing substitutes and/or alternatives must provide
    with their bid, all the information as detailed in Part 3,
    Section 1, - Substitutes and Alternatives to be considered for
    evaluation.
    
    1.1.2 	Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Products
    Conformance Certification
    Bidders must complete the Products Conformance Certification in
    Part 5.
    
    Debriefings
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt
    of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
    may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

    procurement.
