ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. __________________________________________________________________________________ The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase a thousand (1,000) Cargo Pack Assembly, Toboggan, 200 pound Capacity,NSN N3920-21-1023023 in accordance with: 1) Appendix A - Manufacturing Data for Cargo, Pack Assembly, Toboggan, 200 Pound Capacity,NSN3920-21-102-3023, dated January 2013, 2) Appendix B - Specification for Toboggan Cargo Pack Fabric, Canadian Disruptive Pattern Winter Operations (CADPAT(WO)), dated January 2013, 3) DSSPM 2-2-80-502, dated 2010-05-13 - Specification for CADPAT (WO) - Canadian Disruptive Pattern(Winter Operations), 4) Data List: D:-4063-1 and Drawings to be delivered by May11, 2016 to Supply Depot in Montreal Qcand Edmonton Alb. The requirement includes an option to purchase up to three-thousand (3,000) to be exercised within thirty-six (36) months from the effective date of the contract to be delivered to Supply Depot in Montreal Qc and Edmonton Alb. Sealed Sample A sealed sample, when available, can be supplied to bidders and be used for guidance only. To order thesealed sample, bidders must contact the Contracting Authority by email and provide their full mailing address. If bidders have not received the documents at least ten (10) calendar days prior to bid closing date, bidders should communicate with the Contracting Authority. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
