Item 001,  Eight (8) electric motor driven, stock-picker
forklift trucks with various configurations and related items
such as vehicle manuals, data summary, photographs, preventive
maintenance replacement parts kit list, warranty letter(s) and
initial parts kits including familiarization
instruction/training, in accordance with the Purchase
Description for the Electric Motor Driven Stock-Picker Forklift
Trucks, dated 19 December 2012 provided with the bid package.

Item 002, Optional quantity of up to nine (9) electric motor
driven, stock-picker forklift trucks with various configurations
and related items such as vehicle manuals, data summary,
photographs, preventive maintenance replacement parts kit list,
warranty letter(s) and initial parts kits, in accordance with
the Purchase Description for the Electric Motor Driven
Stock-Picker Forklift Trucks, dated 19 December 2012 provided
with the bid package to be exercised within twelve (12) months
from the effective date of the contract.  The option may be
exercised at the discretion of Canada in whole or in part or in
more than one occasion, up to the maximum quantity identified
herein.

 Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
