    Quantity one (1) forklift, stand up driver, electric motor,
    1,360 kg (3,000 lbs) capacity, overall collapsed mast hight
    2,413 mm (95 inches), maximum fork elevation 5,486 mm (216
    inches).
    
    
    Mandatory Trade In, quantity 1, 2001 Raymond model EASI-OPC30TT
    order picker including the battery and charger.  The unit has
    approximately 7,000 hours of operation as of 26 July 2012.
    
    
    THE TRADE-IN WILL BE APPLIED AS A CREDIT AGAINST ITEM 1.  THE
    EQUIPMENT IS BEING OFFERED ON AN AS-IS, WHERE IS BASIS.  THE
    EQUIPMENT MAY BE VIEWED AT 2405 ST. LAURENT BOUL. OTTAWA, ON.  A
    24 HOUR NOTICE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED WHEN SCHEDULING THE VISIT. 
    THE TRADE-IN EQUIPMENT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO THE
    SELECTED CONTRACTOR UPON DELIVERY OF THE NEW EQUIPMENT AT
    DESTINATION.
    
    
    Importante Notice:
    
    It is the Bidder's responsibility to submit by closing date and
    time a complete bid, including the following:
    
    1. 	Code of Conduct Certifications - Consent to a Criminal
    Record Verification
    1.1 Bidders must submit with their bid, by the bid solicitation
    closing date:
    
    (a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the
    Bidder;
    
    (b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
    Record Verification
    (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual named in the list.

    Debriefings
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
    receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
    debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
