The Department of National Defence has a requirement for repair
and overhaul, modifiation, calibration of steering box and power
steering pump and related items in accordance with Annex A -
Statement of Work, Annex B - Statement of Work for Free Flow
(Components) for Repair and Overhaul, Annex C - Pricing, Annex D
- DND 626 Task Authorization Form, Annex E - Mandatory Technical
Evaluation Criteria, Annex F - Evaluated Aggregate Price of the
Bid and Annex G - Federal Contractors Program for Employment
Equity - Certification.

This equipment is positioned throughout Canada.  Work must be
conducted and completed at Contractor's plant.  The attached
statement of work (SOW) defines the work effort required to
perform R&O functions.  The R&O functions include but not
limited to handling, repairing, overhauling, modifcations and
upgrades.

The work under this requirement will be carried out for a three
(3) years period from the effective date of contract, worth an
option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of
one (1) year each.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian Goods
and/or Services.

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.


Debriefing
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
