Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: SELF PROPELLED SCISSOR LIFT This bid solicitation cancels and supercedes previous bid solicitation number 21120-122344/A which closed on 2012-02-17. Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to purchase one (1) Self Propelled Scissor Lift and other related items in accordance with Purchase Description for Self Propelled 32' Electric Scissor Lift, dated 2012-04-04. An option is included to purchase three (3) additional Self Propelled Scissor Lifts and other related items to be exercised within twenty-four (24) months from the effective date of the contract. Debriefings After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
