Trade Agreement: Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Snowmobiles This Amendment 002 is raised to publish questions and answers. This Amendment 001 is raised to make a revision to the RFSO. This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply of Snowmobiles to departments and agencies of the Government of Canada and Provincial/Territorial Identified Users, on an as and when basis, from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019. Any resulting Standing Offer(s) shall be for delivery requirements to locations across Canada. This procurement has been set aside under the Federal Government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement, Inuvialuit Final Agreement, Vuntut Gwich'in First Nation, First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun, Teslin Tlingit Council, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation, Selkirk First Nation, Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in First Nation, Ta'an Kwach'an Council, Kluane First Nation, Kwanlin Dun First Nation, Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Maa-nulth Final Agreement, Nisga’a Final Agreement, Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement, James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement, Northeastern Quebec Agreement, Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement, Eeyou Marine Region Land Claims Agreement, Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Debriefings After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offer process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offer process. The debriefing may be in writing, bytelephone or in person. Delivery Date: 30/08/2018 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
