This amendment 002 is raised to extend the bid closing date
until July 16, 2015 and to update the standard instructions, the
general terms and conditions and Part 5 - Certifications.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This amendment 001 is raised to extend the bid closing date and
to bring somes changes to the Request for Proposal.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
items detailed below for delivery by July 2015 to Canadian
Forces Supply Depots in Montreal, Quebec and Edmonton, Alberta.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from
receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
