    AMENDMENT 003
    
    This amendment is raised because the new version of the Annex B
    - Pricing dated 2014-01-31 hasn't been attached because of
    computer problems who occur with the amendment 002
    
    All other terms and conditions remain the same.

    AMENDMENT 002
    
    This amendment is raised to provide a new version of the 
    
    	1. Annex A - Statement of Requirement dated 2014-01-31.
    	2. Annex B - Pricing dated 2014-01-31.
    
    Note :  Item 1 and 2, can be supply in the 2 following format :
    48 rolls/case or 60 rolls/case. The format must be specified in
    the new version of the Annex B.

    AMENDMENT 001
    
    This amendment is raised to provide a new version of the Annex A
    - Statement of Requirement dated 2014-01-22.
    
    Note :  Item 1 and 2, Rolls must be wrapped individually in
    plastic.  Paper wrap will not be accepted
    
    
    All other terms and conditions remain the same.

    This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing
    Offer (RISO) for the supply of Toiletry Paper Products.
    
    This requirement will be for an initial period of  one (1) year,
    with an option to extend the offer for two (2) additional period
    of one (1) year.
    
    The Offeror must supply Toiletry Paper Products to Correctional
    Service of Canada (province of Québec) on an as-and-when
    requested basis.
    
    Offerors have to submit an offer for all items and all area of
    delivery.
    
    
    Debriefings
    Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request
    for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to
    the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
    receipt of the results of the request for standing offers
    process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in
    person.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
