Annex A - Staytement of requirement and questions and answers to
potential bidders as follows:

See Amendment 002 of the Request For Proposal.

AMENDMENT 001

This amendment is raised to provide questions and answers to
potential bidders as follows:


Question: What is the Edge Crush Test (ECT) value required?

Answer:  The ECT required is 32 B


Question: Is it possible to have a diagram of the box?

Answer:  See the 2 pictures of the boxes in the request for
proposal amendment 001.

Library and Archives Canada has a requirement to purchase 88,500
archivals B20S boxes, in accordance with Annex A - Statement of
Requirements for Archival B20S boxes, dated 2014-01-17.  The
delivery is requested at OFF- DG Stewardship, Library and
Archives Canada, 
395 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0N4 by June 16th, 2014.

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to 70,000
archivals B20S boxes to be exercised within twenty-four (24)
months from the effective date of the contract.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
