This requirement will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with an option to extend the offer for two (2) additional period of one (1) year. It is the Bidder's responsibility to submit by closing date and time a complete bid. Technical Evaluation Offerors must meet all Mandatory Technical Evaluation. Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Part Number and NSCM/CAGE Offerors must indicate the Part Number and the NSCM/CAGE they are offering. Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Equivalent and Substitute Products Offerors proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number and the NSCM/CAGE they are offering. Offerors proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must demonstrate the compatibility with the stacking ribs of the existing rack mounted container specified in Annex A to prevent any movement or shifting of the equipment while in transport and storage when the equipment is stacked. Debriefings Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
