The delivery is requested at: Aurora (ON), Brockville (ON) and Gatineau (QC) by October, 2015. It is the Bidder's responsibility to submit by closing date and time a complete bid. *** IMPORTANT *** REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) - PART 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION 5. Estimated Contract Award Date Canada expects to award the contract resulting from this solicitation by August 17, 2015. RFP - PART 4 - EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION 1.1 Technical Evaluation 1.1.1 Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Conformance Certification Bidders must complete the Conformance Certifications in Part 5. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
