This requirement is toestablish aNational Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the purchase of Forklift Trucks, in accordance with the attached Purchase Descriptions, for an initial period of one (1) year from the effective date of the Standing Offer with the provision to extend the Standing Offer for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year.

The Offeror must supply Forklift Trucks to departments and agencies of the Government of Canada across the country, including to locations within Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA's), on an as-and-when requested basis.

Offerors do not have to submit an offer for all groups. However, Offerors submitting an offer for a particular group must submit an offer for all items ofthat group.  For example, an Offeror submitting an offer forGroup 1 must submit an offer for all items of Group 1A and1B.

Debriefings
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should makethe request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 workingdays of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process.The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
