The Offeror must supply Forklift Trucks to departments and agencies of the Government of Canada across the country, including to locations within Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA's), on an as-and-when requested basis. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy forAboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for AboriginalBusiness, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Furtherto Article 1802 of the Agreement on InternalTrade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement. Offerors do not haveto submit an offer for all groups. However, Offerors submitting an offer for a particular group must submit an offer for all items ofthat group. For example, an Offeror submitting an offer for Group 1 must submit an offer for all items of Group 1A and1B. Debriefings Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should makethe request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 workingdays of receipt of theresults of the request for standingoffers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
