Question: Are you willing to accept a unit that only has rear wet disc brakes?
Answer: Not acceptable, for safety of the troops, the unit requires 4 disc brakes.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase twelve (12) all-terrain vehicles and ancillary items, in accordance with the Purchase Description MILITARIZED ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE 6X6 DIESEL ENGINE ECC140294, dated February 24, 2016, to be deliveredto CFB Edmonton Alberta, CFB Petawawa Ontario and CFB Val Cartier Courcelette Quebec by June 30, 2016

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to six (6) MILITARIZED ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE 6X6 DIESEL ENGINE ECC140294 and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
 
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15)working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
