The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of fitness evaluation kit to enable Canadian Armed Forces members to perform the annual Fitness evaluation.
This NISO will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option to extend the offer for one (1) additional period of one (1) year.
The Offeror must supply fitness evaluation kit to the DND on an as-and-when requested basis.

Offerors have to submit an offer for all items and all delivery location.

Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
