Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CEMETERY MAINTENANCE 51019-195001/A - Cemetery Maintenance Pieris, Sherline Telephone No. - (613) 296-9858 Email: Sherline.pieris@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Veterans Affairs Canada has a requirement for cleaning and repairing of 180 grave markers at 47 different cemeteries in accordance with Annex D - Statement of Work, Annex E - Veterans Affairs Canada’s National Technical Maintenance Manual for Veterans’ Gravesites in Canada (Section 4 and 5), Annex F - Pinning Instructions, and Annex G - Specifications for photographs. All work is suggested to be completed by November 15, 2019. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
