Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: PAINT LINE GUNS AND RELATED COMPONENTS 21C41-183427/A Hong Fong Telephone No. 873-469-3302 Email: Hong.Fong@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Correctional Services Canada has a requirement to purchase firm quantities of Paint Line Guns and Related Components and ancillary items, including training, in accordance with Annex C-Purchase Description and as described at Annex B-Pricing, for Corcan to be delivered to Joyceville Institution of Kingston, Ontario. Optional Site Visit It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Joyceville Institution, 3744 Highway 15, Joyceville, Ontario, K0H 1Y0 on August 28, 2018. The site visit will begin at 09:30 EDT, at the Main Entrance (Sally Port) and the bidders will be escorted by Corcan staff to the Corcan Metal Shop. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 15:00 EDT, August 22, 2018 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Note: One piece of identification is required and no cell phone or tobacco allowed. If cameras are required, please notify the Contracting Authority in advance. The optional site visit is expected to last up to four (4) hours at the maximum. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
